Countdown to Forever Wedding Package

My Countdown to Forever Wedding Package is designed for the couple who already selected a venue and vendors and is looking for someone to pull all of the pieces together leading up to and on the day of the wedding. I will begin assisting with monthly check-ins 6 months prior to the wedding to create a timeline and ensure all details are falling into place. Then, on your wedding day, I will be your "boots on the ground," finalizing last minute details, meeting with vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, and helping you to feel as relaxed as possible!

This package includes all of the following:

Complimentary initial consultation
Monthly email check-ins beginning 6 months from the wedding date
Unlimited contact via email & text (+ scheduled phone calls)
Minimum of two in-person or virtual meetings
Review of vendor contracts to understand arrival time and day-of needs
Coordinator presence and facilitation as needed at rehearsal (3 hours max)
Creation and distribution of timeline for wedding party and vendors
Wedding management & day-of execution for up to 12 hours
Arrangement of day-of decorations (lighting candles, cookie table, etc. - does not include full set-up)
Point of contact for couple, wedding party, vendors, family, venue & guests on day of wedding
Distribution of bouquets, corsages, & boutonnieres
Coordination of ceremony activities (lining up wedding party, cueing DJ, consulting with officiant)
Distribution of final payments to vendors on wedding day
